Availability
We do our best to keep this website updated with the current availability. However, sometimes we sell out of an item on the day that you place your order. For this reason, Furry Little Monsters cannot always guarantee the availability of products. Once we receive your order, we will notify you via email if you have ordered an item that is not currently available. Please accept our deepest apologies in advance if this should happen.
Tracking an Order
Once you have completed an order, we will email you a link that will allow you to track the status of your order. Once you receive that link and your tracking number, you can go to UPS to track your order.
Gift Certificates
Gif Certificates can be purchased online or by phone at (866) 387.7954.

Furry Little Monsters is committed to maintaining our customers' privacy. We collect customer information for the purposes of customer service, shipping orders, and sending promotional information, such as sales and new arrivals if customers should choose to receive our emails. We do not sell customer information to any third party.
If you choose to receive Furry Little Monsters emails, we will always provide you the option to opt-out and discontinue receiving information from us.
Safety
Furry Little Monsters cares about your animal! Please check the condition of your animal’s toys regularly. Please be aware of broken or chewed toys that could be ingestible or become a choking hazard, these toys should be disposed of.
If you are not familiar with your animals chewing habits please supervise the animal with toys. All toys with strings should be kept out of reach when you are not playing with them. Prevention is the key.
