Furry Little Monsters uses USPS as our preferred courier.  It is our pleasure to ship your purchase within 24 hours of your order. USPS usually delivers within 5 to 7 business days. Customers have the option to expedite orders with two day or overnight shipping for an additional charge. All weekday orders (including requests for overnight) received after 1 pm PST will not be processed until the following business day. Orders can be expedited if placed Monday - Friday prior to 1 pm PST. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be shipped the following week.

Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Furry Little Monsters will be happy to return items within 21 days from purchase. We accept returns on non-sale and non-damaged items that are in original unused condition with original tags for full refund to your credit card.  Please understand Furry Little Monsters will not reimburse for shipping charges. We regret treat sales are final.

All returns must be postmarked within 21 days form the point of sale. Returns sent after this time will not be honored. We are sorry there are no exceptions. Furry Little Monsters does not refund initial shipping charges or shipping charges for any returns or exchanges.

Furry Little Monsters is not responsible for damages that occur during care of item, such as dry cleaning, washing, or wear or damages incurred during the return shipping process. No exceptions. We suggest insuring all returns.


Returns for Sale Items

Please note that sale items can be returned for online store credit only. Upon receiving the returned merchandise, Furry Little Monsters will email a code to be used toward your next online purchase. We regret treat sales are final.
